  • Salary $69,380 to $79,787 per annum plus 11% superannuation

The Role

The Business Support Officer is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Compliance Team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide operational and administrative support to the business unit, including management of phone calls, correspondence, customer enquiries and processing payments as required.
  • Ensure that all buildings captured within Councils system are being maintained for essential services in relation to fire safety.
  • Maintain Councils Swimming Pool Register.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of databases in the relevant records management systems.
  • Maintain excellent customer service and develop effective professional working relationships with all stakeholders.
