About the Role:
Man Group Plc is seeking an ambitious Client Operations Apprentice. You will join the Client Operations team in London and will be expected to show initiative, eagerness to learn and diligence. In return, we will offer exposure to a broad systems, operational control, and risk management environment, as the team is a hub for all investor flows oversight across Man’s investment engines.
About the Apprenticeship:
The Apprentice will be studying the Level 3 Salesforce Administrator Apprenticeship alongside LDN Apprentices and will be given full support in achieving the qualification.
Please note this is a fixed-term apprenticeship role offered as part of Man Group’s School Leaver Programme, targeting motivated students aged 17-23, there may be the potential to move into a full-time role following the completion of the programme.
We are unfortunately unable to sponsor visas for this programme or provide this opportunity to individuals who already have a similar qualification at a higher level than the apprenticeship associated with this programme.
Responsibilities:
  • Learn about the key systems being used by the team and how best to use these effectively and efficiently, in particular Salesforce ‘ServiceCloud’.
  • Assist the team in its management of queries / cases in the Salesforce ‘ServiceCloud’
  • Grow maintenance of Salesforce, gathering feedback on improvement opportunities and working collaboratively to implement
  • Support the oversight of all relevant Service Provider / Transfer Agency processes / procedures
  • Contribute to the team’s reconciliation of capital flows and accurate / timely reporting, as well as maintaining integrity of the firm’s data
  • Develop relationships globally with Sales, Middle Office, Front Office, and Senior Management. Ensure high level of client service and turnaround times for requests at all times with team.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with intermediate ability in Excel (comfortable with large volumes of data and able to reconcile using combination of formulas, pivots etc.)
