About the Role

As Maria Mallaband Care Group continues its growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Trainer to join the team. Working closely with the Learning & Development Team across a portfolio of services covering the South of England. (Surrey and Surrounding Areas)

Reporting to the Lead Clinician, our Clinical Trainer will provide the highest standards of Clinical Training and support in accordance with individual development plans and the service needs. Whilst leading and delivering our orientation programme to continually improve it’s execution across each of the services.

Responsibilities

Implement various learning methods (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)

Follow the training framework to ensure high standards are maintained.

Identify Clinical need, deliver appropriate training, monitor to ensure competence is gained and maintained.

To work closely with the L&D/HR team in planning and creating care related training.

Support internal stakeholders, develop service solutions, plan and schedule effective training.

About You

A professional and experienced Registered Nurse with a vailid PIN (RGN, RMN, RNLD)

Understand current clinical practices through evidence based CPD and revalidation

Essential knowledge of best practice standards that apply to all areas of development, focusing on competence following initial training

Strong writing skills and confidence to deliver training via various methods –face2face & virtual.

Effective leadership and good interpersonal skills.

Excellent organisational, report writing, communication and presentation skills

Relevant qualification, willing to attend education to achieve AET, along with varying TTT qualifications

A full, valid driving licence is essential.
