About The Team You’ll Be Working In
We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and self-motivated person to undertake the role of a CRS Co-Ordinator for the Community Recovery Service.
The Hounslow Community Recovery Service marks an exciting step towards health and social care working together.
The Community Recovery Service is an integrated service with Hounslow and Richmond Community Healthcare NHS Trust and aims to support people’s independence following an injury, illness or a change in life circumstances and living at home. The team provides a period of rehabilitation and reablement to help local people in Hounslow recover and regain their independence. It brings together different health and social care professionals into a single integrated team.
This is an exciting opportunity to develop skills in partnership working, performance management, mentoring and providing supervision of CRS Assessors and Rehab Assistants. You will be given the opportunity to be creative in this role, developing strategies and practices improving ways of working. You will receive significant support from the Deputy Manager.
You will need to work flexibly, to support vulnerable residents, their carers and staff in order to meet the needs of the service, a seven-day service 8.00 a.m. to 22.00 p.m.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage resources ensuring efficiency and effective delivery of a high-quality professional service.
2. To promote a philosophy of putting customer needs first.
3. Experience of managing and motivating a team.
4. Knowledge of relevant Social Care legislation and policy.
Your Skills:
1. To manage and develop staff.
2. Good Communication and I.T. skills.
3. Good writing and analytical skills.
4. Ability to work flexibly.
Professional Qualifications:
NVQ 4 and above or willingness to achieve qualification.
