You’ll be an organised planner at heart with a want to know how and why things work the way they do. You’ll have had some hands-on experience within a similar Facilities Assistant/ Coordinator role and have a passion for building great relationships with both internal and external colleagues.

You’ll also have:

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Good general maintenance skills
  • Basic working knowledge of Health and Safety
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Intermediate IT skills, including the ability to use Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Clean driving licence
  • First Aider Trained
  • Fire Marshall Trained

Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a friendly, hardworking and practical individual to take on a Facilities Coordinator position. In this role you will lead the day to day running of the site to ensure our employees have the best experience and environment when working from our hub in Farringdon.

We deliver progress. What you’ll do and how you will make an impact…

  • Maintaining health & safety through updating and maintaining policies, risk assessments audits
  • Supervising and coordinate maintenance, repair, and refurbishment activities
  • Regularly inspecting facilities to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and compliance issues
  • Collaborating with line manager to understand space requirements and allocate workspace accordingly
  • Stock control, including the order and delivery of stationery and equipment
  • Maintaining accurate records of space allocations, floor plans, and occupancy data
  • Enforcing health and safety policies and procedures to maintain a secure and compliant environment
  • Identifying opportunities and staying informed about industry best practices for recycling and sustainability practices.
  • Identifying cost-saving opportunities and recommending efficiency improvements.
  • Raising Purchase orders, reviewing invoices, track expenditures, and ensure timely payment to vendors
  • Managing and assist onsite Contractors
