Working Pattern: Saturday and Sunday

The Role

  • Create a positive experience for guests and colleagues and provide amazing customer service at all times
  • Be an exceptional spokesperson and engage with your guests queries about site and operations
  • Build your knowledge of your environment and promote the various destinations, food services and activities
  • Take opportunities to foster relationships and build rapport with guests and colleagues
  • Keep an eye out for any innovations or improvements we can make to the workplace, site experience and culture, and be ready to share your ideas
  • Emanate a positive energy during tours being an advocate the business by sharing your knowledge of the site’s workspaces, facilities and general culture
About You

    • You have fantastic customer service skills and you’re ready to take it to the next level
    • You have a social and welcoming personality and can engage with everyone professionally
    • You’re a team player but can confidently work independently
    • You consider others and have the drive to help wherever you can
    • Have experience working with relevant systems (e.g., MS Office)
