Ealing Intermediate Care service has an exciting role within the local management team for an enthusiastic and motivated Modern Matron experience of working within a multiple disciplinary team at a senior level to provide daily operational leadership in line with the agreed service.

Your main role will be to provide sound clinical and operational support.

To provide clinically excellent leadership across IC and develop peer network across ECP, WLT and CNWL.
To contribute to development of the therapy pathways across IC, ECP and NWL.
To ensure the successful implementation and roll out of the therapy pathway and the Quality Improvement Programme.
To work closely with the MDT in providing seamless care across departments and professions
To be responsible and accountable for patient flow and service delivery across the therapy pathway
Hold and manage therapy ward budgets.
