Job Title

RVP for UK & IrelandJob Description Summary :

Translates the strategy into a concrete action plan for Identifying and capturing new business opportunities within a specified geographic territory and/or customer segment (Large deals)


Common accountabilities:

  • Manages large teams or other Managers; has accountability for the performance and results of multiple related units.
  • Develops departmental plans, coordinates allocation of resources and controls policy formation in area of responsibility. Anticipates business issues and challenges for the department to define and resolve complex problems that may impact into the division / function.
  • Works following the overall department strategy, with limited supervision in a complex environment

Specific accountabilities:

  • Participate in the preparation of the long term plan (sales forecast and solutions based on customer feedback) and definition of the sales plan.
  • Identify and qualifying business opportunities by establishing and developing relationships with top-level executives.
  • Identify customers’ specific needs and submit business proposals.
  • Coordinate and participating in RFP/RFI responses and follow-up.
  • Promote and selling products, services and solutions through direct contacts, events and road shows.
  • Deliver sales presentations to senior management and demonstrate products.
  • Manage negotiations to closure.
  • Actively participate in the overall marketing activities and programs and contributing to marketing intelligence.
  • Perform Market and competitor analysis.
