Full job description
The clinical care professional lead for CYP engagement is a key post within the South East London BCYP programme. The postholder will work collaboratively with partners across SEL to provide a system voice to the work of the BCYP programme, ensuring that the voice and lived experience of children, young people, service users and their carers plays an integral role in the planning and delivery of services across SEL.

- Lead, inform and support SEL wide engagement in delivering the BCYP
priorities for SEL
- Working with partners, to identify opportunities to strengthen the CYP voice and engagement in programme of work for CYP,
- Act as a key interface with local and South East London teams working in this space, supporting joined up approaches to engagement with local
communities to inform outcomes-focused person-centred care
- Working with Partners and other related programmes, to ensure that reducing health inequalities is at the heart of our work with CYP particularly ensuring that underrepresented voices are heard, and that targeted and meaningful engagement is used to help local teams develop their work accordingly,
- Work to ensure the SEL CYP Engagement model is implemented across SEL
