About The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Claims Associate to help us deliver a world-class experience for our customers.

As a Senior Claims Associate, you’ll play a vital role in our operations, talking directly to our claims management partners, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for our customers, and working closely with various teams across the business to enhance the claims experience.

We put the customer at the heart of everything we do, so we’ll look to you to continually champion customer feedback within the business, ensuring that our claims process remains a reliable source of support for our customers when they need it most. Additionally, you’ll play a key role in building new claims operational functions and tackling exciting challenges, such as helping us improve key claims processes.

Here’s what you’ll get up to:

  • You’ll be a key part of our team that works closely with our claims management partners to get claims paid – this role is incredibly important, as it’s when our customers actually get to use their insurance.
  • Day-to-day, this looks like reviewing and investigating claims that are referred to us to make sure we are correctly applying the policy conditions and ensuring great claims service for customers.
  • You’ll also take the lead in revolutionising our claims processes, improving efficiency both internally and for our 175k+ customers.
  • Identify opportunities for bringing specific claims processes in-house, streamlining operations for quicker and smoother claims handling
  • Collaborate with our external partners to continuously improve our claims performance.

You’ve read this far! Here’s what we’re looking for from you:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience within claims. Although property or contents experience is preferred, it is not essential.
  • We are changing a huge financial industry – you are excited about being a part of this big challenge.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to support our customers every step of the way.
  • A natural problem-solver with a “test and learn” mentality.
  • A high level of attention-to-detail.
  • Super organised and comfortable multitasking to tight deadlines.
  • Not afraid to get stuck in and willing to roll up your sleeves to get customer and business problems solved when necessary.
  • Above all, you’ll care passionately about delivering an exceptional experience to our customers.
