We are looking for someone that is energetic and able to take care of 7 well maintained properties in Central London. This is a self employed position with no set hours as they will vary depending on guest demand.

If you are experienced in Airbnb turnovers and deep cleans as well as dealing with replenishing products and guest toiletries, with some basic customer service, then you will know what it takes to make guests have an amazing experience and we want to work with you!

A vital part of Airbnb property managment is having reliable staff. You will need to be extremely well organised and extremely reliable.

Depending on your experience and skill level, we will pay you a monthly retainer of £1500-£2000 (£18,000-£24,000 per year) plus up to £500 per month in bonuses based on guest reviews over the prior month. Total yearly income can reach up to £30,000 per year with 100% of bonuses included. Please note bonuses are discretionary and are not part of the contract. Also guest reviews may affect the level of bonus you are rewarded.

Expectations

  • Attends the properties to prepare them at the check out time, and works as much as needed to get jobs done.
  • Complies with proper safety policies and procedures as required (i.e. when using cleaning chemicals, reporting incidents, etc).
  • Provides an excellent level of customer service to both internal and external customers by maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Able to determine the neatness, accuracy, and thoroughness of the work assigned.
  • Carries out other duties to maintain the high level of the property such a restocking, minor repairs when no handyman required, returns to properties when guests complain about an issue at any time up to 8pm.
  • Carries out deep cleans once every 6-8 weeks.
  • Able to ensure all jobs get carried out even when off sick or on holiday by organising cover
  • Takes pride in their work and takes ownership of their results

It is very important for you to understand that you will not always be in the same place (almost all apartments are in central London), your job depends on the check outs that day.

Working hours are mostly between 10 am and 5pm, but can be earlier or later on some days depending on the number of check outs that day. You will be notified in advance by our management team of the daily check outs.
