About the Role

As the Webchat Sales Representative, you will provide Uncommon Care to our customers. We are looking for you to bring your Human touch to this Call Centre role.

You will be responding to messages online from potential customers shopping for Private Health and Life Insurance to guide them and provide them with advice so they can make the right healthcare choices for themselves and their families.

This is a full-time, hybrid position. When you work from the office, you’ll be based in our brand new, high-tech Parramatta Call Centre.

This role offers a competitive base salary plus superannuation, up to 18% shift loading and the opportunity to earn up to 10% of your salary in sales commissions.

This is an initial 12-month fixed-term contract

Responsibilities

  • Receive and answer enquiries from the HCF website whilst on the path to purchase in response to joining HCF
  • Recommend and educate customers thoroughly regarding benefits of HCF products and services
  • Provide answers to any online customer enquiries
  • Make outbound calls to prospects part of campaigns.
    • Warm Leads
    • Website Leads
    • Web Chat Leads

Please note, this role does not involve cold-calling.

About You

  • Strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service & sales
  • Previous experience in a Call Centre (preferably outbound and inbound activity)
  • Desire and commitment to work within a team dedicated to achieving team and individual performance objectives
  • A positive attitude and willingness to embrace change
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Self-driven and motivated
  • Excellent telephone communication skills
  • Excellent written communication skills
