About The Role
If you enjoy researching and gathering information online and have a good eye for detail, we could have just the volunteer role for you!
Our Dementia Directory is an online support service available for anyone living with dementia.It’s just one of the ways in which we help to connect people living with dementia to support services available to them.
You’ll play a key role in supporting us to ensure the details within the directory are kept up to date, relevant and that new services are added. You’ll be conducting research online to identify services that might be appropriate for the directory and contacting service providers to review their existing service details or to find out what other services they might have available.

You’ll be great for the role if:
- You have good IT skills and experience working with Microsoft packages e.g., Word, Excel
- You are good with detail and enjoy researching and gathering information online
- You are able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- You are over the age of 18
Where and when do I need to be available?
The role is office based in London.
