This role is responsible for introducing the OANDA clients to our platform and acting as their first point of contact. You will help clients through their live account application and increase the number of new live trading accounts as well as managing client relationships and achieving quarterly targets.
In this role, you will:
  • Develop sales processes and customer service skills
  • Call leads generated marketing initiatives
  • Drive sales for Retails products and services
  • Conversant with FCA regulatory rules and Financial Promotion.
  • Provide active follow up with clients during their onboarding process
  • Obtain feedback on clients trading experience within the first 30 days
  • Respond to questions from prospective clients
  • Work with New Accounts to collect all documentation requirements
  • Responsible for documenting all client communication in Salesforce
  • Keep up to date with market movements and discuss with clients
  • Attend and contribute to sales meetings when required
  • Develop active pipeline for Oanda crypto client
  • Provide active feedback from client into management
  • Provide develop weekly content for publication to clients on social media
What skillset you need, to be successful in this role:
  • Previous face to Face and/or Phone sales experience
  • Passionate about the Finance sector specifically the crypto market
  • Previous sales experience in the crypto sector is a strong plus
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to grasp complex concepts quickly
  • Identify key messaging for different audiences
  • Can-do attitude, openness to learning and a strong drive to succeed
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Proficient with Google GSuite (Docs, Sheets etc)
  • Experience in Salesforce would beneficial
  • Graduate, exposure to finance or marketing
  • Knowledge of Social media platforms and or electronic marketing tools
  • Knowledge of crypto platforms, trading and tokens
  • Understanding of investment or other trading platforms beneficial
