The Role

 

We are looking for a Ticketing Operations Coordinator to provide vital support to the processing, fulfilment and dispatch of approximately 300,000 tickets per year for both our Women’s and Men’s first team matches.

In this critical role within our club, you’ll take responsibility for a broad range of key duties including communicating with internal and external stakeholders and all of levels of memberships, while ensuring first class customer service is always provided.

Your day-to-day

 

  • Diligently manage a high-volume ticketing operation – you’ll expertly manage the processing, fulfilment and dispatch of a large volume of tickets for our home and away fixtures
  • Proactively assist our supporters – you will accurately maintain and update all supporter information and assist with the daily management of their ticketing queries
  • Passionately collaborate with our fellow clubs – you’ll communicate with opposition clubs to confirm home and away ticketing allocations and effectively manage the production of visiting team tickets
  • Oversee staff ticketing – you will be actively responsible for ticketing for our staff and our Women’s and Men’s first team squads
  • Ensure service level agreements are met – you’ll produce reports and schedule workflows to ensure we’re providing an exceptional service to all
  • Expertly oversee all transactions – you will balance transactions processed on a daily basis and work closely with our Finance team to provide accurate reports
  • Own the duplicate process – you’ll be responsible for the duplicate process for home and away tickets
  • Support the annual season ticket renewal process – you will be a key player in our season ticket renewal process and handle applications and the seasonal relocation process of the family enclosure

What we are looking for

 

  • Proven background in ticketing – you come with experience of working in a high-volume ticketing environment, with access control experience
  • Customer first approach – you’re equipped with a customer centric mindset and driven to provide exceptional service
  • Demonstrable experience within sports or entertainment – you’ve worked in either the sports or entertainment industries and are well versed in their ticketing nuances
  • Best-in-class organisational skills – you’re proud of your multitasking and prioritisation skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail – you possess the ability to process large volumes of requests in an efficient manner, without comprising on accuracy
  • Courageous team player – you passionately collaborate with a wide range of colleagues and develop and maintain impactful relationships
  • Excellent communicator – you’re able to communicate clearly and effectively with both colleagues and customers
